Room 999 had ample space, an enormous bed, and a beautiful decor that created a perfect oasis. I appreciated the free tuk-tuk service to downtown Siem Reap. It made exploring the local area so easy. The swimming pool area was luxurious, surrounded by lush gardens that enhanced the serene atmosphere. While I'd love for the breakfast variety to be slightly improved, the options available were still enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for more attentive staff. they remembered my preferences and even helped with my luggage promptly upon checkout. Little details like these made my stay more comfortable, and I can hardly wait to return!

The staff went above and beyond to help us with all our planning, including arranging a fantastic tuk-tuk driver, Mr Pich, who took us to some great local restaurants. The tranquil pool area was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring, but the breakfast could use a bit more variety.
